Jisoon Lim (임지순) is a Ph.D. candidate in Civil Engineering at the University of Michigan (U-M). He is also a 2025 U-M Rackham Predoctoral Fellow and a 2024 FHWA DDETFP Graduate Fellow.
Jisoon studies transportation problems such as network modeling and optimization, game-theoretical policy development, and intelligent infrastructure design. He has also been recognized with several awards, including the U-M Towner Prize for Distinguished Academic Achievement, the U-M College of Engineering Distinguished Leadership Award, and the INFORMS Undergraduate Operations Research Prize.

May: I was selected as a recipient of the 2025 KSCEA Student of the Year Award, awarded by the Korean-American Society of Civil, Environmental, and Architectural Engineers!
